1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are reserved for adult guests aged 18 and over. By confirming your age on the entry page you declare that this applies to you. We may ask for photographic identification upon arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices are quoted in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may be additional.
• A valid credit card is required to guarantee a reservation. Full payment is taken on departure unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is charged; no-shows are charged the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Conduct of guests

We reserve the right to refuse service or end a stay where a guest endangers staff or other guests, damages property, fails to comply with our gaming rules, or otherwise breaches reasonable rules of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our property is regulated by International law and is offered only to guests aged 18 and over. We promote responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits can be arranged at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise all reasonable care to maintain a safe environment. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We are not responsible for valuables that are not deposited in the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Home381com or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.
